Description

Indulge in the irresistible flavours of our Vegan Fruity Flapjack Recipe. This plant-based delight combines wholesome oats, juicy fruits, and a touch of sweetness for a mouthwatering treat. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, these flapjacks are easy to make and will leave you craving more.


Ingredients

  • 150 g Soft brown sugar
  • 150 g non dairy butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 350 g rolled oats
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g dried apricots (chopped)
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 bananas (mashed)

Instructions

  1. Heat the non dairy butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat until it is all melted
  2. Take off the heat and add the rest of the dry ingredients, stir until combined
  3. Add the mashed banana and completely mix in
  4. Spread the mixture into a square baking tin and press down.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool then cut into squares before they are completely cold.
