Description

Whip up silky natural lilac cream for face, body & hands—vegan, floral-scented and deeply nourishing.

Ingredients

Lilac flowers

Carrier oil

(above used to make) 6 tablespoons lilac infused oil

2 tablespoons canedlilla wax

3 tablespoons shea butter

10 drops essential oil (optional)

Preservative (optional)

Purple mica powder (optional)

Instructions

Make your infused oil with lilac flowers and a carrier oil. Make sure the flowers are completely dry. Then strain.

Add infused oil, shea butter, and canedlilla wax to a double broiler and slowly melt on low until it is all melted.

Take off from heat and allow it to cool all the way down.

Once it is hard, whip with an immersion blender.

If using, add in your preservative, mica powder, and essential oils

Blend it one more time, than put in your containers.

Notes

You can use a preservative to help extend the shelf life 6+ months.  Depending on the preservative you use, will depend on how much to add.

Mica powder is also optional, I just used it for the color in pictures.
