Description

Red velvet martinis mocktail recipe made vegan with cocoa, cranberry and vanilla—perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cranberry juice

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Ice cubes

Dairy-free whipped cream (for garnish)

Red sprinkles or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the base: In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, cocoa powder, vanilla syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth.

Chill: Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well to chill the drink (a good shake helps it get frothy).

Serve: Strain mixture into two martini glasses.

Garnish: Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with red sprinkles or lightly dust with cocoa powder.

Enjoy: Serve immediately.
