Over on my lifestyle blog, We Made This Life, and often on my YouTube channel I share a monthly post featuring everything that I have been enjoying, loving and doing over the last month. It's a really popular post so I thought that I would start writing them over here - a list of my Vegan Favourites (September 2022) - I hope that you enjoy them!

I have been watching a lot of exercise videos on YouTube at the moment. While they aren't strictly vegan related I consider that exercise and healthy living go hand in hand with the plant based lifestyle I try to keep to. My favourite workout videos of the moment are Yoga with Adriene and Grow With Jo. Also one of my favourite YouTube accounts to watch for vegan food inspiration is Jess Beautician (a bit of a misleading name!) but I love her what I eat in a day / week videos and especially how she utilises leftovers.
No word of a lie but I have lived on these vegan pinwheels this week! I made them with vegan puff pastry (shop bought), tomato puree, Quorn vegan ham and the new Cathedral vegan cheese. So yummy!
I have also managed to increase my caffeine tolerance so that I can't get through the day without at least three oat milk lattes! I love the Oatly Barista milk and I have recently found Coffee Friend's delicious coffee beans. Working from home means that I have easy access to as many cups of beautiful coffee as I like during the day and I have been loving it! I've found the Coffee Friend beans so delicious, I can really taste the difference between the different blends. I love using coffee beans in our Sage coffee machine as I know that the coffee is really fresh.
Coffee Friend also has a wide range of ground coffee and coffee pods, vegan syrups, as well as organic granola and vegan nougat. It's a great place to buy a gift for a vegan coffee lover!
This month has been all about making our home cosy for autumn. We foraged for conkers, acorns and pinecones and have displayed them in a glass jug. I've also been updating my wax burners with autumn scents - I love these vegan and plastic free Autumn Nights scented ones.
I have been recipe creating for the blog - expect a couple of Halloween recipes, chocolate covered almonds and Blueberry, Pear and Banana muffins to appear soon!
Also don't forget to check out my latest posts and recipes for more of what I have been making...
I have been buying a lot of clothes from Vinted lately - in fact I bought all of my 11 year old's autumn / winter clothes on there. I'm on the look out for a pair of vegan leather boots too so I am checking often!
I also was sent these shoes from Vivaia to review on my other blog and thought they were definitely worth a mention here. They are vegan and made out of recycled plastic bottles! They are really comfy too.
I think that is probably about it for this month - although one last mention should go to the awesomely tasty vegan sausage bap I had in Cosy Club in Cardiff Bay this morning. Perfect with an oat milk latte!
